Hand Delivery or Pick up

Local hand delivery -  $12.00

Local hand delivery beyond city limits $15.00

Delivery to Post Falls Idaho: $22  Delivery to Coeur d'Alene ID $27 (We will ship to Post Falls & Coeur d'Alene if it is more cost effective for you)

*If you prefer to avoid delivery fee, you have the option of picking up your gift at our design studio.

Shipping

Our gift baskets are shipped via FedEx. Most gifts are shipped within 24 hours.

Return Policy

If for any reason you or the recipient are not pleased with the gift, we will refund the purchase price and shipping charges in full.

Cancellation Policy

Any item can be canceled if Graceful Gift Baskets is notified, before the order has been delivered or shipped, via e-mail, or by telephone 509. 991.7948 or 877.877.3965

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute any product in our gift baskets. Color and shape of containers may vary, depending on availability, seasons, etc.  Items substituted are always of equal or greater value. 

Chocolate items will only be shipped as weather permits, generally from October to May. During summer months, we will substitute other chocolate gourmet products, such as chocolate cookies, etc.
